It builds the necessary skills, confidence and motivation for young people to engage directly in the wider improvement of the school and, in particular, in the improvement of the learning experience. Waseley Hills Student Leadership programme include, our whole school student council, led and managed by our Sixth Form students. Our council ensure that student voice is heard and helps to develop and shape the experiences our students have whilst at school. Developing within this leadership structure are our new committees, including students from all year groups to develop activities based around Charity, Eco, Sport and Civic Duty.
